LeadSpark Wins Customer Hero Award

salesforce_hero (7K) Salesforce.com recently honored LeadSpark with a Customer Hero Award at Dreamforce - the company's national User and Developer Conference in San Francisco, California.

The highly prestigeous honor celebrates the most innovative users of Salesforce.com, awarding them for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Best Practices they have implemented to inspire and motivate the user community.

"You are one of our most innovative customers," said Salesforce.com chairman and CEO Marc Benioff in ackowledging LeadSpark President Douglas Atkinson along with the other CRM Success Heroes at his keynote address to the conference.

Salesforce.com President Jim Steele presented awards to winners in five categories. "These CRM Success Heroes truly represent the best of the best," said Steele. "One of my favorite things about my job is seeing these success stories unfold."

LeadSpark has been a power-user of Salesforce.com for over three years and has developed a highly customized implementation that features advanced business process, deep business intelligence capture, along with extensive tracking and reporting.
