Sales Development Executive

As a member of a LeadSpark Account Team, a Sales Development Executive (SDE) identifies, contacts and develops relationships with our clients' prospects with the primary goal of setting high-value, qualified sales meetings. A Sales Development Executive introduces qualified buyers to our client's sales team. Each SDE will maximize the work quality of the clients' sales force by effective time management, pre-qualifying strategies and the creation of powerful sales introductions. The individual in essence will be developing partnerships or relationships between parties in the sales cycle.

This position requires a professional, polished and experienced individual that is both confident and comfortable calling on high-level executives while presenting a coherent message based on company methodology, being quick of mind to handle objections or roadblocks. The individual must have strong follow-up skills, be highly personable, and document details of a conversation for tracking and reporting. The individual must be able to strive to achieve beyond the goals set by management.

 
Direct Sales Representative

As a member of the LeadSpark sales group, a Direct Sales Representative is responsible for selling our demand generation services to technology and marketing companies. Working with the LeadSpark executive team, the individual will: develop and execute a tactical sales plan for their territory; prospect for new clients; identify and map decision and purchasing processes; effectively communicate the LeadSpark value proposition; and, cultivate and extend existing client relationships.

The individual will be expected to work within our Sequenced Selling methodology that requires maintaining accurate and standardized account records. The successful candidate will be a highly personable, ambitious, self-starter with the skills to succeed in the lead generation industry. Good computer and organizational skills are required.
